Our Rental Roots
Tri-State Tent & Party Rentals is a business that sprung from the thoughts and ideas of the owner who had spent his entire adult life in the event, travel and accommodation industry. Roger ran a tent company for 4 years and has managed 100’s of events across the world with the largest being a 2,000 person event. His philosophy on customer service is that customers simply want to be treated fairly and with respect.
There isn’t much that is very “unique” when it comes to the basic essential rental products (tents, tables, chairs and linens). Most company’s provide the same products and at roughly the same price. However, as Roger says, “we carry the same stuff for the same price, we just service it better! With the experience I’ve learned over the years, we can service any group from a small backyard party to the most grandiose event.”

Customers should be treated fairly, with respect and receive everything they have been promised. Your event is as important to us as it is to you. We will not shun responsibility even in the event we have made an honest mistake. We will do everything in our power and utilize everything in our disposal to make sure you are happy with our service.
Vision
We plan to provide a new perspective when it comes to tent and party rentals in the Tri-State Area of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Our vision is that the expectations from customers in our region will be lifted when it comes to planning and executing a well organized event. From weddings and corporate events to backyard birthday parties, baby showers and graduations, you should expect to receive incredible service and rental products.
Policy
Tri-State Tent & Party Rentals requires a 50% pre-payment for all rental bookings. This ensures that the items you have rented are reserved for your event date. This pre-payment is due upon booking and is non-refundable. For a full list of terms and conditions, please refer to your rental invoice and contract. Weather and specific damage policies are listed and explained in our contract.
